The Devotion Lab is a series of guided practice spaces designed to support your energetic recalibration, embodied transformation, and the well-being of the collective.

Transformation takes place through consistent daily practice. But when the work is done in community, its potency expands.

When we show up for ourselves within a shared field of devotion, we generate an energy that moves beyond the individual. We create ripples that uplift, heal, and liberate — not just within our own lives, but the collective field we all share, and the world we are all building together.

Each lab is a themed sadhana.

Sadhana is the Sanskrit word for daily spiritual practice — a discipline of showing up for yourself each day in devotion to mind, body, and spirit.

Unfolding over a set number of days — some 11, some 40 — each Devotion Lab is designed to help you recalibrate your energy field, shift internal patterns, and return to deeper alignment with your sacred truth and fullest expression.

40-Day Practice

February 8 – March 20, 2026

Join the Embodiment Lab

We are a month into 2026, but we are still finishing the work of the 9-Year of the Wood Snake. This has been a year of deep shedding, being awakened by grief, and letting go of the versions of ourselves we created just to survive.

If 2025 was the bridge to your true self, 2026 is the year you begin living from that truth. And what we need now isn’t more processing, but more embodiment.

The Embodiment Lab is a 40-day practice container designed to move you out of the cycle of endings and into the new energetic year rooted in momentum, clarity, and self-trust.

We begin February 8, practicing through the final days of the Wood Snake and crossing the Lunar New Year on February 17 as the Year of the Fire Horse begins. This Lab intentionally closes at the Spring Equinox, the exact moment when the year’s energy fully opens and forward motion becomes unavoidable.

Across 40 days, this Lab will support the release of long-held grief and emotional weight, build nervous system stability, and strengthen honest self-expression so that you can show up in your life and in the world with greater clarity, confidence, and steadiness.

Whether you have a dedicated daily practice or are starting from zero, the Embodiment Lab is a clear, powerful way to stop preparing and start arriving. Because…do we really have any more time to waste?

FAQs

  • In short, embodiment is the ability to feel, sense, and respond to life through your lived experience, learning, and unlearning, rather than operating in autopilot and/or through old habits or survival patterns. It shows up in how you speak, make decisions, set boundaries, and move through the world.

When we are embodied, our thoughts, emotions, actions, and values align, communicating who we are and what we intend with clarity and honesty, and without self-betrayal or performance.

In a time of global destabilization, when systems are breaking down, and fear-based reactions are easily amplified, embodied people are less reactive, more discerning, and better able to act with integrity.

This is how personal well-being is protected and how collective health, stability, and meaningful change become possible.

  • This practice takes about 15 minutes a day. You’ll want to give yourself a few extra minutes to settle in and close out with presence, but this is intentionally designed to be doable, even within a busy life.

  • Yes, you can still join the Lab if you’re unable to attend the live opening call on Sunday, February 8, at 12 PM ET.

Live attendance is highly encouraged; however, a replay will be available in the private Lab Resource Room shortly after the call. You can watch the replay and begin your 40-day practice right away, staying aligned with the group’s shared rhythm.

  • Not at all. The Devotion Lab is open to all levels. Whether you’re new to these practices or returning to deepen your devotion, you’ll be guided through everything you need to know.

Participants must be 18 years or older to join.

  • If you miss a day, it’s okay — there’s no shame — but you’ll need to start the 40-day cycle again from the beginning.

Sadhana is a devotional practice — an agreement between you, your spirit, and the energy you’re cultivating. Recommitting is part of the path. Each time you return, you strengthen your devotion, your integrity, and your capacity to hold the change you’re creating.

  • No — the Devotion Lab is open to all gender identities. Everyone is welcome to walk this path of remembrance and transformation.

Participants must be 18 years or older to join.

  • The private community offers real-time support, shared accountability, and the opportunity to practice together in sacred space throughout the journey.

It is held inside the Resonance Room, a free community space open to everyone. However, only current Devotion Lab participants will have access to the locked chat, video call space, and resource room reserved for each Devotion Lab.

You’ll receive access to the locked spaces upon registration.

  • The Embodiment Lab is offered at $60. This includes the live opening workshop and ceremony, the full 40-day sadhana, access to the private community space, and the closing integration call.

  • Refunds and cancellations are available until February 7, 2025, the day before we begin. To cancel, you’ll need to email info@melaniesantos.co by that date.

Refunds and cancellations will not be issued after February 7, 2025 under any circumstances.

By signing up for this Lab, you agree to these terms.

  • Exchange opportunities for this Lab have been filled.

40-Day Devotional Practice

In yogic tradition, 40 days marks a full cycle of transformation. A daily practice sustained over this period interrupts old patterns, establishes new habits, and anchors change in the body. Modern neuroscience mirrors this understanding. Repetition over time strengthens neural pathways, stabilizes the nervous system, and supports integration that lasts beyond the practice itself.

Pranayama Breathwork

Pranayama uses intentional breathing patterns to directly influence the nervous system. This practice supports regulation, emotional stability, and internal balance, helping the body release stress and remain present.

Mantra + Mudra

Chanting ancient sound currents while pressing the fingertips in sequence activates energetic meridians or “highways” in the body and begins to dissolve old mental imprints. This process cuts energetic cords and clears space for new, aligned patterns.

Somatic Release

Intentional, intuitive movement has been scientifically shown to discharge stress, regulate the nervous system, and restore mind-body connections. Energetically, it supports the shedding of stagnation, allowing your body to shake off residue and integrate the healing effects of sound and intention.

When we devote ourselves to embodied presence, our capacity to show up expands — first in our own lives, and then in the world. Grounded, resourced people naturally shape healthier systems, stronger communities, and a more liberated future. Embodiment is not passive; it is generative, and it is one of the most meaningful contributions we can offer to a world in rebirth.
